Chief Executive Officer - Ronda Jacobs

Ronda Jacobs was appointed as CEO of Carrington Health in April 2013 after acting in an interim role from April 2012. Ronda has worked extensively in the private and public health sectors for over 25 years and has a passion for improving the health of individuals and the wider community.
Ronda’s leadership has seen several major achievements since 2012. In 2014 Carrington Health completed their Service Plan to 2030, a long term vision for health in the Whitehorse Community, and launched a successful name change as a result. The organisation also received the Australian Centre for Healthcare Governance Inaugural Award in 2013 and the Whitehorse Business Group Mayoral Award for Business Development and the Community Award in 2014.
Ronda is currently the inaugural ‘CEO Convenor’ of the newly formed Connect4Health Consortium of four Community Health organisations across the Inner East region of Melbourne; and she is also an inaugural member of the Community Health Collective, comprising the ten Community Health and two Women’s Violence organisations within the Eastern Primary Health region. Ronda is also on the Board of the Inner East Primary Care Partnership.
Externally, Ronda currently sits on the Greater Metropolitan Cemetery Trust Board and Finance and Investment Committee (a statutory government authority with revenues of $80m); and the Family Access Network Board. She has previously served as the Vice President of the Board and Chair of the Strategy Committee of Relationships Australia (VIC); and elected Chair of the Complementary Healthcare Council (industry body).
General Manager, Corporate/Support Services & Oral Health - Deb Miller
Deb Miller is General Manager, Corporate Services & Oral Health at Carrington Health. She is responsible for managing the Corporate Services Program which handles Finance, IT, Reception, Site and Fleet Management and the Oral Health Program managing the clinics.
Deb has been with the organisation since March 2005 and has worked within Community Health Services for over 30 years. She joined the organisation as the Reception Team Leader after spending the previous 10 years as the Practice Administrator for the Southern Health Public Dental Clinics. She started her community career as a dental nurse and after nursing for 10 years with School Dental Service and Community Health Dental Services, moved into the administration side of community health. Deb has a high level of knowledge and skill in the complex management of the Dental Services at Carrington Health.
Deb has a Diploma in Business Management and has had extensive training in customer service and people management and a professional background in Dental.
Deb is committed to ensuring that the community get high quality dental services and managing the Corporate Support required for Carrington Health to keep moving forward in the changing times to provide the best for our community.
General Manager, Consumer Directed Services - Olive Aumann
RN, BN, Grad Dip CHN
Olive Aumann is General Manager Consumer Directed Services at Carrington Health in Box Hill, Victoria. Olive’s professional background as a registered nurse includes experience in acute, aged care, community health and remote area settings.
In her current role she has responsibility for health promotion, the Baby Makes 3 equal and respectful relationships program for first time parents, children’s services, counselling and casework, Whitehorse Men’s Shed, Eastern Region Needle and Syringe Program and the Quality portfolio.
Olive is committed to reducing the disparities in health that exist between different groups in the community, such as taking action to improve gender equity to improve the health status of women. She is past President of the Victorian Community Health Nurses Special Interest Group, Chair of the Deakin University Health Advisory Board, Women’s Health East Board Director and Community Services Board Director of the Box Hill Central Rotary Club.
General Manager, Community Health & Wellbeing- Janine Scott

Janine Scott has worked at Carrington Health as General Manager, Community Health & Wellbeing for 6 years. Janine has over ten years Senior Management experience in community health having managed a range of program areas including chronic disease management, aged and disability services, child, youth and family programs, Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation services as well as integrated health promotion and community development.
Janine is committed to service development and growth while ensuring the delivery of high quality, evidence-based and integrated services and providing leadership to the Ageing Well, Good Life and Oral Health Programs at Carrington Health.
Janine’s professional background as an Occupational Therapist includes experience in the aged, disability and community health sectors with expertise in chronic disease self-management and driver education and assessment.
General Manager, Partnerships & Service Development - Carina Martin

Carina Martin is General Manager, Partnerships & Service Development. Carina began working at Carrington Health in a secondment role as Primary Care Manager in July 2006, her current role was created in July 2007 focused on partnerships and strategic alliances, it now encompasses stakeholders/partnerships, fundraising, marketing and communications and development of new projects/initiatives .
Carina’s professional background as an occupational therapist includes experience across acute, subacute and community health sectors both here and in Canada. In addition to having clinical roles Carina has worked in several diverse management positions involving a range of allied health, counselling, nursing and project focused teams. Carina’s undergraduate degree is in Applied Science Occupational Therapy and in the year 2000 she completed a Masters in Occupational Therapy, with a thesis examining the time use and job satisfaction of community health occupational therapists.
Carina’s passion is in the field of community health, where she has spent the majority of her working life. Carina holds the firm belief that in the person’s home and community is where we really can make a difference in people’s quality of life and is pleased to have been one of two clinicians involved in the initial establishment of a now fully functioning and successful community health service in the outer east.
General Manager People & Culture - Peter Livingstone
Peter Livingstone joined Carrington Health as the People & Culture Manager in September 2015. Peter has extensive strategic and operational experience in all aspects of People & Culture gained in over 25 years of corporate experience with Telstra.
In June 2013 Peter successfully transitioned to the Health sector as the Human Resources Manager of Inner East Melbourne Medicare Local (IEMML). At a time of major development and change, Peter provided a more strategic focus on the HR function and successfully managed the transition of the organisation to a values based high performance culture.
Peter is a passionate People & Culture professional who enjoys building relationships with management and staff across all levels and working with them to create a productive, supportive and enjoyable place to work.
General Manager Sales, Marketing & Business Development - Warwick Mills
Warwick Mills joined Carrington Health in January 2017. A qualified marketer Warwick has over 30 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical & Complementary Medicine markets of Australasia and South East Asia.
He has held Senior Management positions with leading multinational, domestic and overseas companies including both B2B and B2C Management in the specific channels – Pharmacy, Practitioner and, Direct Mail.
Warwick has provided Business consultancy services to leading Australian, NZ and European companies over the last 13 years and is excited to now join the team at Carrington Heath to assist with the implementation of the important Service Plan.
