The Wellness Program is led by our supportive Exercise Physiology team and is designed to improve your overall health and well-being. The team provide a tailored program designed for the prevention and management of chronic health conditions and injury. The Wellness program uses movement and exercise to promote:
- Managing your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and bone/joint problems
- Managing chronic pain
- Maintaining or increasing joint movement
- Preventing falls and injuries
- Reducing stress and anxiety
- Increasing confidence and self esteem
